About The Role

Are you energized by people, fueled by purpose, and ready to guide individuals through some of the most important decisions of their lives? King Law is hiring a Consultation Attorney to serve as the frontline legal strategist for prospective clients across our practice areas.

This is not a back-office legal role. This is a dynamic, people-facing position where you will conduct consultations with potential clients, evaluate legal needs, and connect them with the right legal solutions. You’ll meet with 30-40 prospective clients per week and will play a critical role in setting the tone, building trust, and converting consultations into retained cases. Our firm provides the support, systems, and coaching to help you succeed — with a target retention rate of 45%.

About The Position

• Conduct 6-8 consultations daily with prospective clients across practice areas such as Family Law, Criminal Defense, Civil Litigation, and Estates.
• Establish trust through active listening and thoughtful questioning — every client’s story matters.
• Offer strategic legal direction and guidance tailored to each client’s situation.
• Convert prospects into retained clients by clearly communicating the firm’s value and legal options.
• Accurately document client notes, case potential, and next steps in our case management systems.
• Following up with leads to nurture relationships and close engagements.
• Collaborate closely with our intake, sales, and marketing teams to maintain a strong consultation pipeline.
• Track conversion metrics and continuously refine your consultation approach with coaching and feedback.
