As a consultant - project manager/business analyst in the Policy and Program Strategic Solutions Practice, you will collaborate with team members to conceptualize, deliver, and support our clients through today's ever-changing healthcare landscape. Serving as a project manager/business analyst, your day-to-day role as a NYSTEC consultant will be to support the enterprise project management office (ePMO) unit lead within the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) Division of Data Services and Analytics (DDSA) by assisting with the division's project portfolio and providing training and implementation support.
The ideal candidate will understand and use industry best practices in project management and will possesses the ability to create engaging and effective training environments that cater to individual learning styles. The candidate should be self-motivated, independent, and able to work in a less structured client environment.
The target base salary for this position is $60,000 - $82,000 per year. When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including skill set, experience, location, and job-related qualifications.
