MUST BE LOCATED IN THE BOSTON METRO AREA. We are hiring in the Boston market only. Position is Remote/Work from Home with access to local office and conference space as necessary.

Exit Factor is a business consulting firm passionate about helping small to medium-sized businesses increase their profit, efficiency, and value to prepare for future sale. We do this through business valuations, 1:1 consulting, and online programs. We work with companies earning between $0 - $30 million across various industries in the U.S.

What the Job Is:

Our Business Coaches and Consultants work with small to mid-sized business owners to enhance their company's profit, efficiency, and value. They engage with new leads, convert them to clients, and conduct 1:1 sessions using our proprietary methods. We provide comprehensive training, certification, house leads, and automation tools to boost your efficiency.

This role allows you to assist business owners in preparing for sale by increasing their company's value. You will interact with diverse businesses across many industries, gaining unique knowledge and experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with potential Exit Factor members.
  • Conducting 1:1 consulting sessions with clients following our system.
  • Providing resources from our online curriculum to support sessions.
  • Participating in training, certification, and ongoing education.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in exit or sale processes, business consulting, coaching, or M&A preferred.
  • Proficient with computers, including Zoom presentations.
  • Customer-facing experience or a passion for client interaction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially on the phone.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive, driven, and goal-oriented.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM, Zoom, Slack, or ability to learn these tools.
