What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a technical point of contact to support the Sales team and Clients, ensuring successful project implementations
- Conduct strategic analysis to enhance standard solutions and deliverables for Client projects
- Collaborate with IT and business users to evaluate data requests and recommend viable solutions
- Document and maintain project requirements using various tools, ensuring data quality through scenario-based testing
- Perform ad hoc data analysis and reconciliation using complex SQL queries

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Data Analyst
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Knowledge of dental or medical insurance claims processing and EDI transactions
- Familiarity with handling Personal Health Information (PHI) data and various file structures (e.g., XML, EDI)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Ability to communicate technical details effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience facilitating meetings and calls with clients and internal teams
