Consultant - Organizational Design (Adobe Practice) - Remote
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Consultant - Organizational Design to lead clients through the design, implementation, and adoption of agile marketing operating models. This role is pivotal in enabling marketing organizations to unlock growth, improve performance, and accelerate digital transformation by applying agile principles to organizational structures, ways of working, and capability building.
Key Responsibilities
- Agile Marketing Transformation: Design and implement agile operating models tailored to marketing organizations, focusing on breaking down silos, improving collaboration, and fostering test-and-scale cultures.
- Client Advisory & Strategy Development: Partner with CMOs and marketing leadership to co-create scalable marketing operating model frameworks.
- Capability Building & Training: Facilitate workshops to embed agile marketing practices, analytics-based planning, and decision-making models.
- Cross-functional Collaboration Enablement: Enable setup of agile teams by aligning structures, governance, and incentives.
- Technology & Martech Integration: Guide on martech stack optimization, data integration, and AI enablement.
- Performance & Measurement: Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and adjust models based on data insights.
- Change Management: Lead cultural transformation fostering agility, ownership, and innovation.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in business administration, organizational design, or related; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years in management consulting, marketing strategy, or organizational transformation.
- Experience in large-scale transformation programs, including technology and process optimization.
- Deep understanding of agile principles in a marketing context.
- Experience designing and deploying marketing operating models.
- Familiarity with marketing tech ecosystems (CRM, DMPs, CDPs).
- Strong facilitation and client management skills.
- Strategic, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Proven leadership in client engagements and change initiatives.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Collaborative team player with mentoring skills.
- Flexibility to manage multiple deadlines and adapt to client needs.

- Exposure to Adobe marketing technologies.
