Consultant - Organizational Design (Adobe Practice) - Remote
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Consultant - Organizational Design to lead clients through designing, implementing, and adopting agile marketing operating models. This role is crucial in helping marketing organizations unlock growth, enhance performance, and accelerate digital transformation by applying agile principles to organizational structures, workflows, and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Agile Marketing Transformation: Design and implement agile operating models tailored for marketing, focusing on breaking silos, improving collaboration, and fostering a test-and-scale culture.
- Client Advisory & Strategy Development: Collaborate with CMOs and marketing leaders to co-create scalable marketing operating frameworks.
- Capability Building & Training: Conduct workshops to embed agile practices, analytics-based planning, and decision-making models.
- Cross-functional Collaboration Enablement: Set up and align structures, governance, and incentives for agile teams, whether co-located or virtual.
- Technology & Martech Integration: Guide optimization of martech stacks, data integration, and AI enablement for personalization and automation.
- Performance & Measurement: Establish KPIs and adjust models based on data insights.
- Change Management: Lead cultural transformation fostering agility, ownership, and innovation.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, organizational design, or related fields; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years in management consulting, marketing strategy, or organizational transformation.
- Experience in large-scale transformation programs, including technology and process optimization.
- Deep understanding of agile principles in marketing contexts.
- Proven ability to design and deploy marketing operating models.
- Familiarity with marketing tech ecosystems (CRM, DMPs, CDPs, content platforms).
- Strong facilitation, client management, and communication skills.
- Strategic, analytical, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
- Experience leading client engagements and managing cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Collaborative leadership with mentoring capabilities.
- Flexibility to manage multiple deadlines and adapt to client needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Adobe marketing technologies.
This role can be located remotely anywhere in the U.S., with primary location in Conway, Arkansas.
