Job summary

Captivea Madagascar is seeking a skilled ERP project manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementations for clients. You will analyse customer needs, conduct workshops, and demonstrate software solutions.

You will manage projects, plan phases, coordinate with client and internal teams, install modules, customize using Studio, import data, write specs, train users, and ensure client satisfaction while following Captivea methodology.

Responsibilities

Missions

Understand the scope of the project and analyse the needs of the customer:

• Lead Analysis workshop with a customer
• Demonstrate the software to a customer

Manage the project

• Define and track the project progress in collaboration with the client and internal teams
• Plan, monitor, and adjust different phases based on constraints and priorities
• Lead project meetings and communicate progress updates
• Ensure clear communication throughout the project and document decisions and changes Implement the ERP software to meet the client’s needs
• Define and estimate tasks
• Install and configure modules
• Customize modules using implementation tools (Studio, automated actions, scheduled actions)
• Import data
• Write specifications and collaborate with developers
• Test implemented features and organize validation sessions with the client Ensure client satisfaction at every stage of the project
• Train and provide support to the final user
• Proactively suggest ways to optimize the client’s processes Ensure the respect of Captivea methodology

Contribute to pre-sales activities

• Collaborate with the sales team to analyze the initial needs of prospects and propose suitable solutions
• Deliver functional demos relevant to the potential client’s business activities

Profile required

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and understand complex business processes Experience in ERP implementations and working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems Knowledge of finance and accounting concepts and practices

Relevant Skills And Qualifications That Would Be Beneficial Must have experience with ERPs such as Netsuite, Sage, or Acumatica Experience with Odoo a plus Certifications in ERP systems or related fields

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with clients

Strong project management skills
