• • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
• • At least 4 years of experience with IT Infrastructure skills.

Preferred

• • At least 3 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes.
• • At least 2 years of experience in Image Engineering, Packaging, Patching, Active Directory, MDT & SCCM.
• • Technical knowledge and experience in managing large enterprise end‐user computing customers.
• • At least 1 year of experience in development/configuration/solutions evaluation, validation and deployment.
• • At least 1 year of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processes.
• • Analytical and communication skills.
• • Planning and coordination skills.
