Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a logistics-savvy Coordinator to drive day-to-day congress engagement operations. You will manage meeting requests, scheduling updates, attendee communications, and pre/post-event support for congresses.

You will collaborate with customer teams, thought leaders, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure engagements run smoothly and deliver measurable outcomes for customers and partners. This is a fast-paced role at a growing SaaS leader empowering life sciences.

• The consultant is responsible for the day-to-day execution of congress engagement logistics and serves as the primary coordination resource for customer engagement activities. This role manages meeting requests, scheduling updates, attendee communications, and operational support before and during congresses.
• The Coordinator works closely with customer teams, thought leaders, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure engagements are successfully executed.
