As a lead, you will combine hands‑on field work with day‑to‑day guidance and training of field technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality work.

Responsibilities
  • Meet at the shop each morning to assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment required for the days projects.

  • Travel with a crew of approximately three team members to various commercial and industrial job sites, including large construction projects, substations, power stations, and industrial facilities.

  • Ability to use a tape measure accurately and apply measurements to layout and assembly tasks.

  • Experience with pipe assembly, pipe fitting, and sewer system‑related work.

  • Familiarity with using hand and power tools for cutting, fitting, modifying, and maintaining piping and mechanical systems.

  • OSHA 10 certification.

  • Valid drivers license.

  • Ability to lead, train, and guide field technicians while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

  • Capability to work outdoors and in industrial environments, including exposure to dirt, sewage bypasses, and other challenging site conditions.

  • Ability to work full‑time first shift hours, including extended workweeks of approximately 45 hours.
