Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years general office experience.
• Proficiency with Oracle, JD Edwards, or PeopleSoft is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service to builders, homeowners, subcontractors, and branch team members via phone, email, and in person.
• Schedule all repair jobs and maintain documentation of warranty communications.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to maintain schedule and material request dates.
• Review work orders for accuracy and coordinate with clients for expectations.
