Club Car is seeking an experienced warehouse leader to plan, control and direct day-to-day activities at the Distribution Center. Responsibilities include receiving, packing, kitting, shipping, and inventory management to meet production and service parts demands.

The role emphasizes supervising large teams across shifts, ensuring safe operations, and collaborating with internal departments to resolve issues and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or prior equivalent experience required.
• Experience coordinating and supervising large teams across multiple shifts.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Oversee packing, crating and kitting; ensure proper labeling and storage.
• Coordinate loading, movement, and storage of materials; oversee order fulfillment.
• Train and coach distribution associates; maintain safe, clean work environment.
• Maintain equipment to meet warehouse objectives while managing costs.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve warehousing issues and support IR objectives.
• Ensure supplies are available; enforce policies and procedures.
• Plan manpower, conduct interviews, make hiring recommendations, and develop staff.
• Establish performance metrics and monitor results.
• Maintain a safe and productive environment focused on quality and efficiency.
