Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, fleet coordination, and material logistics supporting multiple construction projects.

You will lead warehouse staff, coordinate deliveries, manage tools and assets, and collaborate with Project Managers and Purchasing to forecast material needs while maintaining a safe, organized, and compliant facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.
• Leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Experience with construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or industrial operations preferred.
• Proficient with ERP/WMS and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, and inventory management.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels for construction materials, tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Coordinate material deliveries to active jobsites ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Supervise warehouse personnel, assign daily tasks, and provide coaching.
• Manage company-owned tools, equipment, and asset tracking programs.
• Coordinate fleet scheduling, maintenance records, inspections, and readiness.
