Noco Holdings LLC is looking for a highly organized and hands-on Construction Warehouse Coordinator to oversee inventory management, warehouse operations, and assist with project logistics. Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:

  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, inspecting, and storing materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform quarterly physical inventory cycle counts.
  • Coordinate and schedule material deliveries to and from jobsites.
  • Monitor warehouse layout and storage efficiency, ensuring safety and compliance at all times.
  • Track incoming inventory with proper documentation and update the ERP system.
  • Ensure forklift functionality and adherence to daily safety checks.
  • Work with vendors, subcontractors, and field staff for order procurement and delivery scheduling.
  • Enter and manage purchase orders and vendor invoices, ensuring proper job cost allocation.
  • Support monthly billing with accurate documentation of material submittals.
  • Assist with vendor account setup, credit applications, and customer pre-qualifications.
  • Keep the warehouse and surrounding facility clean and organized.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support team success.
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of warehouse experience; construction or HVAC-related background is a plus.
  • Proficient in data entry, inventory systems, and Microsoft Office; experience with Acumatica preferred.
  • Ability to operate a forklift and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
