Selby Jennings is partnering with a leading specialty insurer to recruit a Construction Underwriter in New York. You will manage underwriting for construction accounts within the commercial P&C space and contribute to growth in a dynamic, broker-driven environment.

The role requires 3-10+ years of Commercial P&C underwriting experience, with an E&S Construction background preferred, and the ability to underwrite General Liability and Excess Casualty risks.

Qualifications

• 3-10+ years of Commercial P&C underwriting experience.
• E&S Construction underwriting background preferred.
• Experience underwriting General Liability and Excess Casualty risks.
• Strong broker relationship management and business development skills.
