i-Pharm GxP in the United States is seeking a Systems Turnover Coordinator to own the process that moves systems from construction, through commissioning and qualification, and into operations on a multi-building GMP campus.
You will coordinate turnover across construction, C&Q, engineering, contractors and operations, ensuring packages and documentation are complete and compliant with GMP/GDP requirements while keeping systems on schedule.
Contract: 12 months, with anticipated extensions | W2 only, no H1B sponsorship available
Hours: 40+ hours per week, around 10 hours of overtime per week is not unusual
Travel: None to minimal
Start: ASAP, with interviews expected the week of 31st August

You will be the central coordination point for turnover across construction, C&Q, engineering, contractors and operations, reporting to the Construction Lead. The job is making sure turnover packages and documentation are accurate, complete and compliant with project, regulatory and GMP/GDP requirements, while keeping systems moving to schedule.
