Job summary

RoadSafe Traffic Systems in Gibsonia, PA is seeking a Project Coordinator for Traffic Control/Construction. The role supports operations, field leadership, and customer relations, coordinating documentation, scheduling, payroll, billing, purchasing, and inventory across our branch network.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, capable of juggling multiple projects, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred in related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in project coordination or related field.
• Experience with ERP, accounting, project management, payroll or work order software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project startup activities and maintain contracts, permits, purchase orders and project documentation.
• Create and maintain projects, work orders, and customer information within company operating systems.
• Prepare daily production reports, load sheets, and work schedules.
• Assist with scheduling crews, equipment, and materials to support efficiency.
• Process employee timecards and assist with onboarding activities as needed.
