Job summary

Tradesmen International in Denver, CO seeks a Skilled Trades Recruiter (internally Project Coordinator) to lead full-cycle recruiting for our craftworker pipeline. You will source, screen, and place skilled tradespeople with our construction clients, working with Account Executives to ensure orders are filled quickly.

Ideal candidates have prior recruiting experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with ATS tools such as iCIMS.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume recruiting
• Experience with ATS (iCIMS or similar)
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades for construction clients
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using assessments
• Fill client orders by matching craftworkers to project needs
• Maintain candidate records and lead lists for skills and availability
• Engage to improve craftworker retention and relationships
• Coordinate with Account Executives to align availability with demand
• Monitor timelines and provide updates on project end-dates
• Ensure safety qualifications and training records are up to date
• Provide inside sales and client-facing support as needed
