Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data science, data analysis, GIS, IT or related field plus two+ years in a technical support role in construction.
• Associate’s degree in engineering, data science, data analysis, GIS, IT or related field plus four+ years in a technical support role in construction.
• Six+ years of experience in a technical support role in a field related to construction.

Responsibilities

• Participate in development, coordination, and implementation of training curricula and guidance materials for CMS users.
• Collaborate with Construction and Materials staff to keep training resources current and updated.
• Use SharePoint to host, maintain, publish, and communicate training resources.
• Develop skills as an experienced user of the CMS and related technologies.
• Increase familiarity with the Agency's construction and materials business processes for training resources.
