Job summary

Arena Family of Companies is seeking a Construction Technology Team Lead to own the strategy end to end, guiding design and construction integration across multiple projects.

You'll set the technology execution plan, manage design and coordination schedules, mentor design staff, and build strong relationships with field leaders and clients to unlock larger, multi-discipline work, with travel up to 35%.

Job description

If you love the puzzle of pulling design and construction together and making it look easy, this one's for you. We're working with an established, well respected industrial contractor known for electrical, controls, automation, and OT work on complex projects, including data centers, and they're ready to bring on a Construction Technology Team Lead who can own the strategy end to end.

This isn't a "sit back and wait for direction" role. You'll set the technology execution strategy, manage design and coordination schedules across multiple projects, mentor design staff, and build real relationships with field leaders and clients that open the door to bigger, multi discipline work.

What you'll bring:

• 7 to 15 years in virtual design and construction, project management, or similar, ideally in the electrical industry
• Strong BIM and CAD skills and experience leading a team in a virtual design environment
• Comfort managing complex coordination and talking to stakeholders at every level
• Remote and willingness to travel up to about 35 percent
