Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Director of Construction Technologies to lead delivery, implementation, and optimization of construction technology for large capital projects. You will manage a team of consultants, developers, and trainers, guiding clients through software selection and organizational change.

You will drive adoption of digital solutions, define service offerings, and collaborate with vendors to deliver measurable project outcomes across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 10+ years leading construction technology, project controls, or digital transformation teams.
• 5+ years of leadership in consulting or technology delivery roles.
• Experience with large-scale construction, infrastructure, energy, or commercial projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent client engagements.
• Strong understanding of construction delivery methods and workflows.
• Experience leading software implementations, integrations, and enterprise deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of technology professionals, implementation specialists, developers, and trainers.
• Define strategic vision, growth plans, and services for the Digital group.
• Develop and execute business plans aligned with market opportunities.
• Mentor team members and foster innovation and client service.
• Build relationships with executive stakeholders and software vendors.
• Oversee deployment, configuration, data migration, and integration of construction tech.
