Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Construction, roofing, HVAC, or maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and customer service focus.
• Ability to work independently and in varying weather.
• Comfortable with ladders and confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems.
• Complete attic and crawlspace services including encapsulation and insulation.
• Perform light carpentry work.
• Communicate clearly with customers.
• Maintain company equipment and reports via handheld device.
