Job summary

Orkin is seeking motivated individuals to join our pest management team in the United States. No prior pest control experience is required as we offer paid training and a stable career in a recession-resistant industry.

You will inspect and install pest and home protection systems, complete attic and crawlspace services, perform light carpentry, and maintain equipment while reporting through a handheld device. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• State pesticide license must be obtainable within 90 days (training provided).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work safely in attics or crawlspaces.
• Must wear PPE, including an OSHA-compliant respirator, as required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems.
• Complete attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.
• Light carpentry work.
• Communicate clearly with customers.
• Maintain company equipment and complete reports via handheld device.
