Job summary

Orkin is hiring for roles that protect homes and businesses with hands‑on pest prevention and home improvement work. No pest control experience is required thanks to a paid training program, with opportunities to advance into leadership and sales.

You'll inspect, install, and service pest protection systems, perform attic/crawlspace work, and maintain equipment while communicating clearly with customers. Competitive pay starts at $20+ per hour, with full benefits and training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain state pesticide license within 90 days (company-paid).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work safely in attics or crawlspaces.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems
• Complete attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation
• Light carpentry work
• Communicate clearly with customers
• Maintain company equipment and complete reports via handheld device
