Job summary

Orkin is hiring in the United States for roles that protect homes and businesses. No prior pest control experience is required—the paid training program will prepare you to succeed. You'll inspect and install pest protection systems, perform attic and crawlspace services, do light carpentry, and communicate with customers.

Company vehicles and tools are provided. Earn while you learn with competitive pay starting at $20.00–$22.00 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits and paid training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent must be met.
• Experience in construction, roofing, HVAC or maintenance preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work safely in attics or crawlspaces.
• Willingness to wear PPE including OSHA-compliant respirator as required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems.
• Complete attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.
• Light carpentry work.
• Communicate clearly with customers.
• Maintain company equipment and complete reports via handheld device.
