Construction Technician/Handyman Maintenance and Repair

Ameritech Facility Services is seeking experienced technicians/handymen for full-time roles involving building repairs, with travel required. Our clients are mainly retail and restaurant businesses needing construction-related troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair. Building relationships is key. Candidates should have at least 5 years of carpentry experience and basic knowledge of electrical, flooring, and plumbing systems. A background check is required.

Compensation:

• Helper: Up to $60,000/year, based on projects completed
• Technician: Up to $80,000/year, based on projects completed

Basic Skills Needed:

• Minor plumbing and electrical work
• Concrete and stucco repairs
• Use of basic tools and assembly following instructions
• Handling projects, heavy lifting, standing, bending, reaching
• Daytime work with possible nights and weekends

Requirements:
