GROWMARK is seeking a construction-focused team member to support building and maintenance of commercial and farm-scale facilities. The role emphasizes safe use of hand and power tools, operation of equipment such as forklifts, backhoes, trenchers, and scissor lifts, and timely completion of assigned projects.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of related experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1+ year of related work experience to demonstrate construction skills.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• Demonstrates abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks with on the job training.
• Use hand and power tools to construct commercial or farm buildings and/or grain systems.
• Operate equipment to complete projects: forklifts, backhoe, trencher, scissor lift.
• Complete jobs in a timely, safe manner and maintain trucks and equipment.
• Keep job sites clean and safe.
• Attend meetings and training; follow safety, OSHA and DOT policies.
