Job summary

Northwest Implement, Inc. is accepting applicants for a Full-Time Service Technician to service construction and agricultural equipment including Bobcat loaders and mini excavators, both in our shop and on customers' farms. You will perform basic diagnostics, repairs and maintenance, keep up with multiple brands, and participate in training.

A valid driver's license and good safety practices are required. We offer competitive pay, PTO, holidays, 401(k), and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to perform repairs and maintenance using common tools.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in agricultural and construction equipment.

Responsibilities

We are currently accepting applicants for the following positions.

SERVICE TECHNICIAN

We are looking for a Full-Time Service Technician to work on construction equipment and ag equipment including but not limited to Bobcat loaders and mini excavators and ag tractors and hay and forage equipment. Service technicians are essential to the success of our operation, and we are always needing new talent to keep up with our exponential growth. This position will involve working on equipment in both our shop and in the field at customer's farms. This person will perform basic diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned agricultural, turf and construction equipment.
