Job summary

CNH Construction Training is seeking a Developer to oversee the full technical training lifecycle for construction products, creating and updating materials for dealers, service technicians, and internal staff. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to assess training needs.

Location options include Racine, WI or New Holland, PA. Travel up to 30% is required; 1+ year in training and development and experience with heavy machinery is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires experience in training and development.
• Ability to articulate how technical systems work to others.
• Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and distance learning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify training aids for facilities and train staff.
• Lead creation of training content (Web Based, Virtual, Instructor led).
• Schedule, present, and coordinate internal trainings with resources.
