Buildots in Austin is seeking a Solution Associate Team Lead to manage a regional team of Solution Managers within our Operations group. You will drive delivery, maintain quality, and develop talent across projects.

You will mentor, track KPIs, ensure adherence to global guidelines, and surface risks to the Regional Team Lead. The role combines construction domain experience with software delivery in a fast-growing tech company.

Qualifications

• 1+ years leading or mentoring team members.
• 5+ years construction project ops experience.
• Engineering or construction management degree.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration.
• Strong time management across multiple Solution Managers and projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end projects in your team.
• Lead and mentor the team, provide feedback and support.
• Own KPI performance and dashboards for your team.
• Ensure adherence to global design guidelines and quality standards.
• Surface risks and blockers to the Regional Team Lead.
