Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business and computers or related field.
- Some AI experience and fluency is required.
- 2-4 years of non-supervisory technical experience in business analysis, system implementation and support.
- Experience coordinating with developers and cloud-based applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical aspects of Enterprise construction applications such as Procore and integrations.
- Provide system monitoring and end-user support; prioritize and resolve issues.
- Monitor, fix bugs and lead continuous improvement projects with application integrations.
- Assist with training and documentation materials for users.
- Partner with Technology teams to deliver solutions supporting Operations and enterprise apps.
- Gather business requirements to build Power BI dashboards.
