ARCO/Murray National Construction in Chicago seeks a Construction Application Analyst to optimize the enterprise tech stack, focusing on Procore and its integrations. You will own system performance, partner with business leaders outside IT, and build scalable solutions using APIs, iPaaS, and Power BI.

You are entrepreneurial, drive automation, and enjoy cross-team collaboration to elevate ARCO’s technology for construction operations.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in business and computers or related field.
Some AI experience and fluency is required.
2-4 years of non-supervisory technical experience in business analysis, system implementation and support.
Experience coordinating with developers and cloud-based applications.

Aufgaben

Lead technical aspects of Enterprise construction applications such as Procore and integrations.
Provide system monitoring and end-user support; prioritize and resolve issues.
Monitor, fix bugs and lead continuous improvement projects with application integrations.
Assist with training and documentation materials for users.
Partner with Technology teams to deliver solutions supporting Operations and enterprise apps.
Gather business requirements to build Power BI dashboards.
