Job summary
Leviton is looking for a contractor-focused sales specialist to drive demand through product demos and technical consultations on specification, application, and design. The role includes post-sale technical support and field visits to promote Leviton products across commercial, industrial, and residential segments.
The candidate will build account plans with regional teams, conduct weekly demos, and advocate for Leviton in project specifications.
Qualifications
- Deep technical product knowledge for Commercial, Industrial, Controls, and Residential products.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience selling to contractors and working with distribution sales teams.
- Proven ability to develop account plans and sales plays.
- Comfortable with field visits, product demos, and spec-writing.
- Proficient with CRM tools and online sales tooling.
Responsibilities
- Consult with contractors on technical product specs and design.
- Identify high-value contractors and create targeted account plans.
- Setup and conduct product demos and technical sales calls weekly.
- Establish Leviton as preferred brand in specifications and docs.
- Perform field visits to demonstrate products and drive demand.
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support across products.
