Job summary

Techo-Bloc is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Nashville to grow an established territory by strengthening dealer and contractor relationships and driving new business across Middle Tennessee. You will educate contractors and design professionals while expanding Techo-Bloc's presence through the dealer network.

The role offers base salary plus commission, a vehicle allowance, comprehensive benefits, and retirement plan matching.

Qualifications

Proven B2B field sales experience in hardscape or related industries.
Strong track record of building relationships and growing revenue.
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
Valid driver''s license and ability to operate independently.

Responsibilities

Own and execute a territory growth strategy across Nashville and surrounding markets.
Grow and strengthen relationships with contractors, dealers, landscape professionals, and industry partners.
Expand Techo-Bloc's presence throughout Middle Tennessee.
Generate new business and grow existing accounts.
Educate contractors and design professionals while driving demand through dealer network.
Support dealer merchandising, displays, training, and events.
Identify market opportunities and monitor competitive activity.
Represent Techo-Bloc at trade shows and dealer events.
Use CRM and BI tools to manage pipeline and priorities.
Spend significant time in the field building relationships.
