Job summary

Topcon Positioning Systems, Inc is seeking a technically experienced Construction Software Technical Integration Specialist to join our Software Services team. You’ll bridge construction technology, software integrations, technical consulting, and sales to connect systems and improve data workflows for customers.

You’ll work with ProjectReady WorkBridge and Autodesk Forma, supporting implementation, demonstrations, and adoption while partnering with sales and strategic partners.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in construction technology, software integration, solution engineering, technical consulting, technical sales, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of construction project workflows and the construction technology ecosystem.
• Experience with platforms such as Autodesk Forma, Procore, HCSS, SharePoint, Egnyte, Box, or similar applications.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, data exchange, and workflow automation.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, authentication methods, webhooks, scripting, or programming.
• Occasional business travel required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical subject matter expert for ProjectReady WorkBridge, incl. integration capabilities and customer value.
• Conduct technical discovery, identify requirements, demonstrate solutions, and assist with scoping.
• Deliver technical demonstrations of WorkBridge, Autodesk Forma, and related solutions.
• Guide customers through implementation, configuration, onboarding, and adoption.
• Evaluate workflows and identify opportunities for system integration and workflow automation.
• Translate customer requirements into integration concepts and data mappings.
• Provide technical support and escalation for WorkBridge customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to validate solutions and address needs.
• Capture feedback and communicate gaps to product development.
