Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial low-voltage and technology infrastructure projects across the greater New York area.

You will manage budgets, schedules, field teams, and client relationships to deliver safe, on-time projects within budget, with a strong emphasis on quality and collaboration.

This role requires hands-on leadership on busy sites, clear communication with stakeholders, and a commitment to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience on commercial low-voltage construction projects.
• Experience with access control, CCTV, security systems, structured cabling and fiber optics.
• Experience budgeting, scheduling, forecasting, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial low-voltage projects from award through closeout
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, and project stakeholders
• Oversee project budgets, forecasting, schedules, labor utilization, and profitability
• Coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and material procurement
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project scope
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, project documentation, and closeout
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget
• Support business development through relationship management and exceptional customer service
