Job summary

DirtPrep Solutions in Stanton, CA is seeking a Construction Technology Sales Representative to drive revenue through new business and expansion of existing customer relationships. This is a field-focused role requiring active prospecting, territory development, and end-to-end follow-through from initial opportunity through close.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to prospect, build relationships, and close business.
• Self-managed sales territory and pipeline.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to learn technical products and communicate value.
• Comfortable visiting construction sites and field locations.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for and develop new customers in the assigned territory.
• Grow relationships with existing DirtPrep customers.
• Identify projects and sales opportunities via jobsite visits, referrals, networking, outreach.
• Build relationships with contractors and construction decision-makers.
• Assess needs and recommend DirtPrep products and services.
• Sell construction tech solutions including machine control, GPS/GNSS, and related services.
• Coordinate with technical staff on demos and solutions.
• Prepare quotes and manage opportunities through negotiation and close.
• Expand products and services within existing accounts.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM data.
• Develop territory plans to hit revenue goals.
• Stay updated on DirtPrep products, competitors, and tech trends.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to management.
• Attend meetings, jobsites, and events as needed.
