Job summary

Whitaker Construction is seeking a Construction Technology Analyst to optimize ERP, timekeeping, telematics, and field reporting platforms. You will partner with field leaders and office staff to drive adoption, ensure data flows, and improve productivity and safety through digital tools.

You will support integrations, workflows, dashboards, and modernization efforts, translating operations needs into actionable system configurations and efficient processes across our regional projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in CM/Engineering/IS or related field.
2–4 years in construction technology or related tech roles.
Experience with ERP, timekeeping, telematics, and field reporting apps.
Ability to translate needs into system configurations and workflows.
Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for ERP modules, timekeeping apps, telematics, and field reporting tools.
Configure system settings, roles, workflows, and integrations.
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors as needed.
Maintain documentation, logs, and change records.
Train foremen, superintendents, and project teams on mobile apps and reporting tools.
Gather user feedback and drive actionable system improvements.
Monitor data flows and ensure accuracy across systems.
Assist rollout of new applications and integrations.
