Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach and develop staff; oversee engagement teams.
• Review complex tax returns for partnerships, S-corps, C-corps and individuals.
• Manage federal, state and multi-state tax compliance for construction clients.
• Provide tax planning guidance on contractor structures and entity selection.
• Identify tax-savings opportunities and advise on cash flow and depreciation.
