Qualifications

• 5+ years public accounting tax experience
• Construction accounting knowledge
• Multi-entity structures
• Pass-through taxation
• Lead teams and support talent development
• Review complex tax returns

Responsibilities

• Manage and review complex tax returns for construction clients
• Oversee federal, state, and multi-state tax compliance
• Experience with long-term contract accounting (Sec. 460)
• Conduct construction-specific tax research
• Provide tax planning guidance for contractor structures
• Offer advisory services on cash flow, depreciation, and capital planning
• Identify tax-saving opportunities for projects
• Serve as primary contact for construction clients and build relationships
• Communicate with construction executives, bonding companies, and advisors
• Supervise and develop staff; manage multiple engagements
• Ensure work meets firm standards and deadlines
