Qualifications

• CPA is required and experience reviewing complex returns is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review complex tax returns for construction contractors and related entities.
• Oversee federal, state, and multi-state tax compliance for construction clients.
• Provide tax planning guidance on contractor structures and owner/partner taxation.
• Lead, coach, and develop staff; oversee engagement teams.
• Communicate with construction executives, bonding companies, and external advisors.
• Ensure work meets firm quality standards, deadlines, and client expectations.
