You will contribute to onboarding and campus recruitment efforts, driving quality hires while representing the company professionally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience in construction or manufacturing recruiting is a plus.
• Degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned business units from posting to offer.
• Explain job requirements and company culture to candidates with clarity and professionalism.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define selection criteria for openings.
• Onboard new hires and ensure all requirements are met before start date.
