• Lead and actively support recruiting activity across field operations, skilled trades, equipment operators, office staff, and leadership roles.
• Manage and develop the recruiting team—set priorities, establish accountability, coach performance, and build capability as the function grows.
• Build proactive talent pipelines aligned with workforce needs across all operating divisions.
• Forecast hiring needs with operations and leadership 6–18 months out based on backlog and growth plans.
• Develop recruiting capability for geographic expansion and new markets, including Beaufort/Bluffton/Hardeeville corridor.
• Ensure recruiting efforts align with company growth targets (360 to 500 employees) and the staffing structure required to support that growth.
