Armstrong Group is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support construction and system expansion projects, coordinate with Operations and Plant Maintenance, and ensure efficient scheduling and communication across departments. You will track development activity, maintain records, and coordinate fieldwork with homebuilders and contractors.

The ideal candidate excels at multitasking, communicates effectively, and provides strong customer service while supporting engineering

Competenze

Experience coordinating construction and system expansion projects.
Strong documentation and data management abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Mansioni

Identify building developments, system expansion opportunities, and track activity in the system areas.
Coordinate C&L projects and maintain construction data bases.
Coordinate site visits with Operations and Plant Maintenance.
Work with homebuilders/contractors to set up pre-wiring and trench notifications.
Schedule workload for maintenance crew and QC construction and maintenance jobs.
Maintain pole database including permits and recaps.
Resolve customer issues related to serviceability, construction, maintenance, and drop bury activities.
Perform other assigned tasks.
