J2 Engineers Inc. is seeking a Survey Drafter to prepare survey drawings, maps, and layouts from field data using Carlson software. You will transform field notes into final maps, manage data files, and support senior team members with drafting tasks.

The role requires five years of surveying experience and a GIS-focused degree is preferred. Strong CAD knowledge and attention to detail are essential to succeed on complex projects.

Competenze

• Five years of experience in the land surveying industry.
• Bachelor of Science in GIS or a related field preferred.
• Working knowledge of CAD concepts and Carlson software familiarity.

Mansioni

• Prepare survey drawings, maps, layouts, and flow sheets from field data and directions.
• Transform raw field data into final maps and plans using Carlson software.
• Import notes and manage field data files as needed.
• Prepare surfaces and finalize base maps, verifying quantities and accuracy.
