• 20+ years of experience in large-scale capital projects (USD $50m+).
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business, procurement & supply chain, or QS.
• Certifications such as CIPS or PMP are frequently preferred.
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing and category management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee task and management through source, tender, contract, and procurement of services and equipment.
• Engage stakeholders; analyze scope and investment timelines; define procurement plans.
• Lead tender policy, cross-functional management, and supplier relationship monitoring.
• Drive early estimating, cost savings, change-order management, and contract conformance.
