Job summary

Atmos Energy Corporation in Denver-Lakewood, CO or Greeley, CO is seeking a construction project manager who will also handle supply chain tasks. You will develop construction cost estimates, define scope of work, coordinate with engineers and suppliers, and manage contractor resources on natural gas projects.

You will work with internal clients, prepare budgets, schedule activities, review invoices, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, all while supporting the enterprise supply

Qualifications

• Associates degree with a minimum of four years of construction or project management experience.
• GED plus minimum six years of construction or construction PM experience.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong communication, numeracy and computer skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and provide construction cost estimates for natural gas projects.
• Develop construction scope of work documents and communicate them clearly.
• Determine and apply appropriate compensation structure or contract type for natural gas projects.
• Solicit, evaluate and recommend external bids.
• Coordinate contractor resource assignments and schedules for construction projects.
• Monitor construction activities and report project status to stakeholders.
• Ensure contractors meet regulatory and business requirements.
• Maintain records and reports to comply with company and regulatory requirements.
