Qualifications

• Associates degree plus four years of construction/construction project management experience, or GED plus six years of construction experience.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and provide construction cost estimates for natural gas projects.
• Develop and communicate construction scope of work documents.
• Determine and execute appropriate compensation structure or contract type for natural gas construction projects.
• Solicit, evaluate and recommend external bids.
• Coordinate, schedule and monitor construction activities.
• Report on construction status and resource usage to management.
