Qualifications

• Associates degree plus 4+ years in construction or project management.
• Or GED plus 6+ years in construction/PM experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling and reporting skills.
• Able to coordinate internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and provide construction cost estimates.
• Develop scope of work documents and contracts.
• Coordinate contractor resource assignments and schedules.
• Monitor project status and report progress to management.
• Review invoices and ensure correct coding and allocation.
• Support enterprise supply chain strategy implementation.
