Job summary

Tools & Accessories Corp is seeking a full-time delivery driver in the Maryland area. You will drive a light-duty vehicle, deliver construction supplies to customer offices or job sites, and manage loading/unloading, documentation, and payments.

The role requires at least 2 years of commercial driving, a valid license with a clean record, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Overtime is available and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial driving and delivery experience.
• DOT physical card or ability to pass one.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Obey traffic laws and follow established delivery procedures.
• Inspect and maintain vehicle fluids and tires to keep vehicle in good condition.
• Report mechanical issues to supervisor.
• Present bills/receipts and collect payments for goods delivered.
• Load and unload goods daily.
• Verify inventory loads against shipping papers.
• Maintain vehicle logs and cargo records.
• Read maps and follow geographic directions.
• Report delays or accidents to bases or other vehicles.
• Check in with customers to announce arrival and act as liaison.
