Job summary

ARG Construction is seeking a hands-on Construction Supervisor to manage daily job-site operations, trade crews, and field execution across our commercial and residential projects. This role bridges project management and field execution to ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

You will read blueprints, coordinate trades, and enforce site safety while coordinating schedules and materials. Procore experience and bilingual English/Spanish are preferred, with OSHA 10/30 certification.

Qualifications

• Proven field supervision or foreman experience in commercial and residential construction.
• Ability to read blueprints and layout job plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving under deadlines.
• OSHA 10/30 certification and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Site Supervision & Crew Leadership: Direct and coordinate daily activities for self-perform crews and specialized subcontractors.
• Quality Assurance & Blueprint Execution: Review plans and submittals to guide trade execution and ensure compliance.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce job-site safety policies and conduct daily site inspections.
• Schedule & Material Coordination: Monitor daily construction schedules, deliveries, and tool/equipment logistics.
• Problem Solving & Field Administration: Identify field conflicts and maintain daily logs and punch-list walkthroughs.
